Freundlich, kompetent, schnell Leider war der Ski für mich nicht der richtige, aber die Auswahl war meine Entscheidung , da ich die Marke mal fahren wollte.

Beautiful shop - looks more like a luxury hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only criticism would be that we couldn't leave our helmets overnight, that would have made it 100% perfect!

The service provided by the store was 1st class, when my 40 year ski boots stopped working the change to a rental pair was very easy

Very friendly and helpful service. Iannis recognised us, knew our names and anticipated our needs. Digital check-in that remembers your details from the previous year saves time. Lots of staff and speedy service. Just a bit of a wait if you choose to arrive at the busiest time of the season like we did. Very smart facilities.
